  • Care-focused upgrades can be added to any package where guests may benefit from additional support. These are designed to be discreet, thoughtful, and practical.

    Upgrades are priced individually depending on event size and requirements.

  • To help guests feel comfortable and supported throughout weddings and celebrations, our packages may include a curated selection of the following items, depending on the event, season, and venue:

    • Cosy blankets for warmth during ceremonies or outdoor moments

    • Umbrellas for unexpected weather or walking between spaces

    • Hot water bottles and heat packs for warmth and pain relief

    • Walking canes and light mobility aids for guests who may need extra support

    • Discreet comfort packs containing essentials such as tissues, plasters, sanitiser, eye drops, and hand warmers

    Items are shared-access and thoughtfully placed so guests can use them as needed, without drawing attention or interrupting the flow of the day.

  • All items are either delivered in person, or carefully packed, insured, and sent via tracked delivery ahead of your event. We include return packaging and clear instructions, making it easy to send everything back after the celebration. You don’t need to organise couriers, cleaning, or storage — we take care of the logistics.

  • No. Our packages are designed around guest numbers and event type rather than individual item counts. We curate appropriate quantities based on your event size, season, and venue, ensuring thoughtful coverage without over-provision.

  • Yes. All items are professionally cleaned, sanitised, and checked between events. Comfort packs contain new, single-use items, and shared items are prepared to a high hygiene standard suitable for public events.

  • Items are shared-access and intended to be available for guests as needed. We provide guidance on where to place items discreetly so they’re easy to access without drawing attention or interrupting the flow of your day.

  • Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. All items are insured during delivery. If something is accidentally damaged or not returned, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps — there are no surprise penalties.

  • We recommend booking as soon as your venue and guest numbers are confirmed, particularly for peak wedding season. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, so please get in touch if your event is approaching.

  • Yes. Optional care-focused upgrades can be added for events where guests may benefit from additional support, such as nursing, menopause, or sensory comfort. These can be discussed at the enquiry stage.
